Q What is GeM and why do I need training for it?

GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is the official Government of India platform where businesses can register as sellers and bid for government contracts and tenders. While the portal is free to use, many sellers struggle with registration, catalogue creation, and bidding due to its technical complexity. Our training walks you through the entire process live, so you can operate independently and avoid costly mistakes.

Q Who is this training for?

This programme is designed for business owners, manufacturers, MSMEs, service providers, and working professionals who want to sell to government buyers — whether you’re completely new to GeM or have struggled with registration, catalogue rejections, or bid submissions in the past.

Q Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is required. The programme is structured from beginner to advanced level, so whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to sharpen existing skills, the curriculum is built to support you at every stage.

Q What's the difference between the online and offline batches?

Both batches cover the same curriculum and are led by the same mentor. The online batch (₹6,000 + GST) is fully live and interactive, accessible from anywhere in India. The offline batch (₹7,500 + GST) is conducted in person at our Noida center, ideal for those who prefer face-to-face learning and networking.

Q How long is the training programme?

The programme runs over 7 days, covering everything from GeM registration and catalogue creation to bidding, order execution, and payment — including live practice sessions throughout.

Q Will I get hands-on practice, or is it just theory?

Both. Every module includes live, hands-on sessions where you’ll actually create accounts, list products or services, search live tenders, and practice bidding — not just watch a demonstration.

Q Who will be training me?

The programme is led by Kunal Kumar Ghosh, Founder & CEO of PSP, who brings 37+ years of procurement experience, including as former Executive Director at GAIL. He is MCIPS Chartered and a visiting faculty member at NIFM and ASCI.

Q Do I get a certificate after completing the course?
