PSP LLP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in business development, with a background in engineering/BBA, or an MBA. Candidates with exposure to public procurement will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the procurement sector.

·       Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential customer needs.

·       Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

·       Report on key performance indicators and business development activities to management.

 Remuneration: Industry Standard 

       It is an in-office opportunity based in Delhi-NCR. 

       Looking for someone who can join on an immediate basis

       Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM

Job Description:

The SCM Specialist will play a key role in managing procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliance with public procurement guidelines, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients. The role requires expertise in end-to-end procurement processes and a strong understanding of public procurement frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage end-to-end procurement and contracting activities.

·         Develop, review, and manage RFPs, tenders, and contract documentation.

·         Ensure compliance with public procurement guidelines and best practices.

·         Analyze vendor proposals and support evaluation processes.

·         Provide strategic inputs to streamline procurement workflows.

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

·         Experience: 2–3 years of experience in procurement and contracting, preferably in public procurement.

·         Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and procurement documents.

·         Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

·         Knowledge of procurement software and tools is an advantage.

  • Design Collateral: Create visually appealing marketing materials, including infographics, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Content Illustration: Collaborate with the marketing team to visually represent complex procurement concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

 

Qualifications

  • Skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing
  • Creativity and ability to conceptualize and deliver visually appealing designs
  • Knowledge in Design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of video editing softwares like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
